General
All orders are considered as an acknowledgement by you to
purchase from us on the terms conditions mentioned as under.
AINET DEVICES LLC may or may not accept any order at sole
discretion. We may change these terms & conditions any time
which apply on all future orders that you place with us after
the time when these terms & conditions are updated on our
website. These are the standard terms & conditions which
apply on every order you place with us. Once we receive a
purchase order from you, these terms & conditions become
applicable. All the terms & conditions mentioned on the
documents you receive from us are the part of or addendum to the
comprehensive terms & conditions mentioned on our website,
for example;
1. Payment Instructions as mentioned on our Quotations.
2. Payment Instructions as mentioned on our Invoices.
3. Payment terms as mentioned on our Quotations & Sales
Orders.
4. Credit terms as mentioned on our Invoices.
5. General and Financial terms & conditions as mentioned on
our RMA Form.
Delivery
The delivery terms as stated on our quotations and/or order
confirmations are estimated. All the goods shall be delivered to
the shipping address specified on the purchase order and/or order
confirmation. If the shipping address is not clearly provided on
the purchase order and/or it does not appear on our order
confirmation eventually and the goods are to be delivered at any
other address which is not either your billing or shipping
address. You need to pass on “shipping instructions” to AINET
DEVICES LLC separately through a declaration in case you are an
individual or on the letterhead of your company which should come
through your company’s official email address in case you are the
representative of a business. AINET DEVICES LLC, is not
responsible for any loss, whatsoever, if the shipping address
provided by you is not correct by any means, fictitious or wrongly
stated on your purchase order or shipping instructions. In such
cases we reserve the right to treat the order as cancelled and
refund the amount (excluding shipping & handling charges).
This refund is made only if the goods shall reach back to us and
are in the same condition as we shipped and are fit for resale.
Financial
All the payments should be sent to AINET DEVICES LLC according
to the payment details provided by us through official emails of
the company and or as stated on our documents such as
Quotations, Sales Orders and Invoices. AINET DEVICES LLC is not
responsible for any cheque which is not accepted by the bank for
any reason according to their banking policies due to any
mistake on part of the customer. We reserve the right to keep
the outstanding amount as receivable from the customer if a
cheque is misplaced by the courier and customer is bound to make
the payment thereafter. AINET DEVICES LLC is not responsible for
any payment misrouted, went to the wrong bank account or
returned back due to wrong bank account information used by or
any other mistake on part of the customer.
Customers can only pay via Debit or Credit Card after they have
written authorization from AINET DEVICES LLC. After the
authorization the customers must pay the full amount in advance
for the order.
All the payments should be sent to AINET DEVICES LLC
according to the payment details provided by us through official
emails of the company and or as stated on our documents such as
Quotations, Sales Orders and Invoices. AINET DEVICES LLC is not
responsible for any cheque which is not accepted by the bank for

Order
The Order Acknowledgment shared by AINET DEVICES LLC over email
will indicate the start of an order. The contract duration for any
order placed with AINET DEVICES LLC will be considered as
completed on the day the products are delivered to the customer;
which is usually within 3 to 7 days after the Order Acknowledgment
is shared with the customer.
Return
AINET DEVICES LLC return and refund policy is designed to
safeguard its customer’s rights. Kindly review the policy and
regulations for a successful return below; You have the right to
return the goods and get the refund if;
1. The goods are defective.
2. The goods are not according to the part numbers,
specifications or conditions.
3. The goods are under warranty.
Goods can be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery.
Goods can be returned only after getting the RMA Number from
AINET DEVICES LLC. RMA Number is given within 48 hours from the
date of receiving RMA form duly filled, signed & sent by the
customer. You can request the RMA Form by sending an email to
returns@ainetdevices.com. RMA Shipment(s) with "Freight Collect
Shipment" basis and/or "without RMA Number" will not be
accepted. The RMA Number shall be valid for 2 weeks from the
date of issue. We reserve the right to determine the decreased
value of the returned goods which have been made unfit for
resale or damaged whilst in customer’s possession. The consumer
abides the risk for decrease of sales value of the goods.
Restocking fee will be deducted on returned goods if delivered
goods were according to the part numbers, description &
specifications as mentioned on the purchase order & order
confirmation. Restocking fee is 25% of the sales price. This 25%
does not include the decreased value as determined by AINET
DEVICES LLC due to returned goods are unfit for resale or
damaged whilst in customer’s possession. In this scenario,
customers take the shipping cost & risk. There is no
restocking fee if the goods delivered by AINET DEVICES LLC are
not according to the part number(s), specification(s) and/or
agreed condition as mentioned in the purchase order and order
confirmation. In this scenario, goods must be returned within 48
hours from the date of receipt & the shipping cost shall be
paid by AINET DEVICES LLC. The customer(s) should make sure that
the goods are packed & sealed as these were delivered and
must handle the goods with care to make sure that the goods
being returned remain fit for resale and not damaged whilst in
your possession. Upon receiving back the goods, if the returned
goods are checked and found to have no difference in part
number(s), specification(s) and/or there is no fault or damage,
we may charge the cost of all transport and our actual costs and
expenses in the event.
Refund
RMA Refund shall be processed only upon complying the terms &
conditions specified here & on our RMA form. All Refunds shall
be made within 03 working days from the date of material receipt
if there is no replacement of the items involved.
